From 27 October to 2013, Doha - Clark with Qatar Airways
On 27 October 2013, with the beginning of the winter season, Qatar Airways started operating the flights on the route Doha - Clark. This is the second destination in the Philippines after Manila.
The inaugural QR930 flight departed from Doha at 19: 45 and landed at Clark International Airport at 09: 20 the following day. The A330 Qatar Airways aircraft was greeted with the traditional salute of water cannons.
Doha - Clark route will be operated daily following the following program:
Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday - QR930 Flight - Doha 19: 45-09: 20 + 1 Clark
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - QR931 Flight - Clark 10: 50-15: 50 Doha
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday - QR930 Flight - Doha 21: 00-10: 35 + 1 Clark
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday - QR931 Flight - Clark 12: 05-17: 05 Doha
Flights will be honored with aircraft Airbus A330-200 configured in two classes: 248 of seats in Economy and 36 of seats in Business Class.
In 2013, Qatar Airways has launched 11 destinations so far: Gassim (Saudi Arabia), Najaf (Iraq), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Chicago (USA), Salalah (Oman), Basra (Iraq), Sulaymaniyah (Iraq), Chengdu (China), Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), Ta'if (Saudi Arabia) and Clark International Airport, Manila (Philippines).
In the next few months, the network will be expanded to the following destinations: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (1 March 2014), Dubai World Central, United Arab Emirates (1 March 2014), Philadelphia, United States (2 April 2014) and Miami , United States of America (10 June 2014).
