From September 2019, LOT Polish Airlines will operate direct flights on the route Warsaw - New Delhi. There will be 5 weekly flights honored with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
Rafał Milczarski, CEO of LOT, announced the route, noting that it is a wonderful time in the 90 years history of the Polish airline.

Thus, from September 11th, Poland will be connected by India by direct flights. The route has a great potential, considering that over 17 millions of passengers traveled in 8.9 between Europe and India.
By the end of this year, the LOT Polish Airlines fleet will grow with another 4 787 Dreamliner aircraft. Currently, LOT owns 11 Dreamliner aircraft (787-8 and 787-9), all of which are configured in 3 fare classes.
Star Alliance member, LOT Polish Airlines celebrated 90 for years and marked the moment with a promotion on air tickets. LOT is one of the oldest airlines in the world, which is still flying today. It was set up on 28 December 1928 and began its air operations on 1 January 1929.
