Dubai - London Stansted with Emirates, from June 8, 2018
In December 2017, Emirates announced the Dubai - London Stansted route, which will be inaugurated on June 8 2018.
London Stansted is strategically located, being very close to the technology and pharmaceutical centers in Cambridge and Peterborough. Emirates will be the first airline in the Middle East to operate flights to Stansted, an airport located in North East London.

A daily flight will be operated with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, offering 6 seats in First Class, 42 seats in Business Class and 306 seats in Economy.
The EK33 flight will depart from Dubai at 09: 30 and arrive at London Stansted at 14: 10. Upon return, the EK34 flight will depart from London Stansted at 21: 10 and arrive in Dubai at 07: 05 the next day.
With the introduction of this route, Emirates will operate up to 10 daily flights between Dubai and London. Passengers can also fly from / to London Heathrow and London Gatwick. London Stansted Airport is one of the main airports of the British capital.
The airport is connected by London via the Stansted Express service, which serves daily Liverpool Street Station. The train journey takes only 47 minutes, and passengers reach the heart of the city, at a connection point with other regional trains and the London subway.
Stansted Airport will also be vital to SkyCargo, the freight division of Emirates. The SkyCargo network covers 154 of cities in 84 of countries on six continents. In one year, SkyCargo transports approximately 140.000 of tonnes of goods to / from the UK.
The new Emirates gateway will be the seventh in the UK, after London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester and Glasgow.
