easyJet has announced the resumption of flights starting June 15
easyJet, one of the largest low-cost airlines in Europe, announces the resumption of flights starting June 15. But as we have become accustomed to in times of pandemic, nothing will be the same.
easyJet will resume a small number of domestic flights from 21 European airports. This means that will start domestic operations in the UK, from London Gatwick, Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Belfast and the Isle of Man. In France, easyJet will operate domestic flights from Nice, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Nantes, Lyon and Lille.

There will also be flights from Geneva, Switzerland; Lisbon and Porto, Portugal; Barcelona, Spain. Most flights will be domestic, but there will also be a minimum number of international routes.
easyJet also stated that operations will increase in direct proportion to market demand and with the lifting of travel restrictions.
With the resumption of flights, easyJet will also implement the new measures recommended by the authorities. Passengers and crew members will be required to wear masks. And, for starters, there will be no catering services on board. Being domestic flights, most are short.
