ECDC updates epidemiological index (April 15, 2021): Greece, Qatar, UAE may return to yellow list
European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) reports an index calculated for 14 days each week. For example, today, 15 April 2021, the list with the epidemiological index reported for the period March 29 - April 11, 2021 was published.
If the Romanian authorities, in this case the National Committee for Emergency Situations, update the yellow list, Greece, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Maldives, Peru, Paraguay, Lithuania, Argentina will enter the list. There is no news on the countries off the yellow list. Currently, Romania's index is slightly declining.

I chose to publish the list of the 100 countries according to the index in order to be able to analyze the evolution as well. Everything over Romania will be on the yellow list. Everything under Romania will remain in the green zone.
