It seems that the Emirates account did not match the reality on the route Dubai - Dublin. This time in a positive sense. At just 3 weeks after the route was inaugurated, Emirates said it would introduce larger aircraft starting July 1.

But new calculations forced Emirates to replace the Airbus A330-200 with a Boeing 777-300ER just two months earlier. From May 1, the Dubai - Dublin flight is operated with one of the largest civil aircraft on the market. Thus, Emirates increased by 52% the transport capacity on this route.

The Irish destination has proven to be very profitable, something that even the most experienced minds at Emirates would not have expected. With the introduction of an 777-300ER on this route, Emirates offers passengers the best conditions for a pleasant and relaxing flight.

EK 0161 flight departs from Dubai at 07: 00 and reaches Dublin at 12: 15. The return race EK 0162 departs from Dublin to 13: 50 and lands in Dubai at 00: 25, the next day. The hours are local for each destination.

In addition to Dublin, the Arab airline has launched new routes to Rio, Buenos Aires, Lusaka, Harare, Dallas and Seattle. Following this year, it will also launch routes to Ho Chi Minh City from 4 June, Barcelona on 3 July, Lisbon from 9 July and Washington from 12 September.
