The first phase of testing will begin in April.

Before the full launch, Emirates will implement phase 1 in Dubai to validate COVID-19 PCR tests before take-off. In this initial phase, which will begin in April, Emirates customers traveling from Dubai will be able to send the COVID-19 test result directly to the airline just before arriving at the airport - via the app. The result will be automatically entered into the system, thus facilitating the verification and boarding process.
