During this day, 4 December 2019, Wizz Air held a press conference in which it presented the future plans for the Bucharest base. In 2020, an A321neo plane will be allocated and 2 routes, direct flights to Prague and Seville will be inaugurated.
The Bucharest - Prague route will be opened on July 20, 2020. 3 weekly flights will be operated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Below is the flight schedule.
Bucharest - Prague with Wizz Air
W6 3279 Bucharest 13: 00-14: 10 Prague

The schedule is very good. It flies at noon. For tourists it is one of the best flight programs because, once they arrive, they can stay and there is still time to visit. And in return you should not rush to catch a flight in the morning, but not to sit with your luggage after hours for an evening flight.
From my checks, the rates start from 119 lei / segment, price which includes only a small hand mag.
On this route also fly TAROM and CSA Czech Airlines, two full-service airlines with tailor-made prices. It really needed a low-cost carrier on this route.
In the schedule of Wizz Air, starting with April 2020, there are no more flights from / to the German airport Hanover for Bucharest.
Please communicate if they have been canceled or are moved to another Romanian airport.
