Etihad Airways received the 100 and 101 aircraft

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, celebrated last week a major milestone in the company's development, when it received the aircraft with the numbers 100 and 101.

100 aircraft is one Airbus A321-231 (registration A6-AEC), which was delivered from the Hamburg Airbus base. Upon arrival in Abu Dhabi, the aircraft was greeted by approximately 500 Etihad Airways employees and attended a special anniversary photo shoot.

It was an important day for an airline that was just over 10 years old. Etihad Airways continues to grow, prosper and pave the way for innovation and services.

The airline currently operates three Airbus A321 aircraft and has 7 in command. The Airbus A321 aircraft came in the package with the 101's airline, a Airbus A320-200 (A6-EIX registration). Both aircraft are equipped with sharklets, wing tips specially designed to improve aircraft performance.

    It would not be bad for Etihad to put Bucharest on their map.
    After all, the arrival in Bucharest of the Emirates was, as usual, just a rumor. It is said that Emirates planes are too big for Bucharest, we think of A330, but from experience they say that Qatar A. does not cope with A320. It has often had an occupancy rate of almost 100%.
