FIA 2018: Airbus greets first A380 Hi Fly at Farnborough Airshow 2018

During the 19-22 July 2018, the first A380 Hi Fly will be on display at the Farnborough International Airshow 2018. The aircraft is painted in a special livery "SAVE THE CORAL REEFS".

Yesterday I presented the first A380 Hi Fly in the new livery. Today, the aircraft arrived at the Farnborough International Airshow 2018, where it will be exposed during the 19-22 July 2018 period.

Hi Fly, the airline operator for charters and leasing, is the 14 global air carrier with this type of aircraft in the fleet, the 4 in Europe. The aircraft is configured in 3 classes and can carry up to 471 passengers. It is the largest passenger plane in the world, with 2 complete decks.

To date, approximately 250 million passengers have enjoyed increased comfort on board an Airbus A380 aircraft. Every 2 minutes, a super jumbo takes off or lands on one of the 60 approved airports to receive this type of plane.

The first A380 Hi Fly will be allocated to the Hi Fly Malta subsidiary, based at Malta International Airport. The aircraft can be rented by the airlines, which want to temporarily increase their transport capacity on long-haul routes. A380 has flight range up to 15200 kilometers.
