First Airbus A350-900 in Air France livery (Video)

A few days ago, the first Airbus A350-900 was presented in the full Air France livery. The aircraft will soon join the Air France fleet, and will enter operational service from October.

But until delivery, the new A350-900 Air France will receive the engines and interior. It will then be subjected to ground and air tests. The aircraft is part of an order of 27 units, placed directly at Airbus.

The new A350-900 aircraft will gradually replace the old fleet aircraft. They will be configured in 3 classes: 34 seats in Business, 24 seats in Premium Economy and 266 seats in Economy.

According to the agreement between Air France and KLM, the French carrier will only receive A350 aircraft, while the Dutch carrier will only receive B787 aircraft.
