The first Airbus A380 Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is ready for delivery

First Airbus NO MORE returned to Toulouse on May 9 for the final tests and interior finishing. He is currently on the Airbus flight line for checks and then the delivery process begins. If all goes well, Malaysia Airlines will take possession of the plane later this month.

Malaysia Airlines will be the 8 airline that will operate aircraft Airbus A380. The first route, Kuala Lumpur-London, has already been established in a program 3 times a week starting with 1 July 2012.

The carrier has ordered 6 Airbus A380s aircraft and will be configured in 3 classes, with a total passenger capacity of 494. MAS A380 fleet will be powered by engines Rolls-Royce Trent 900.

The aircraft will be delivered in traditional Malaysia Airlines colors and the new livery will be applied upon receipt.
