OFFICIAL: Flights to Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom are resumed
Officially, tonight, ROMATSA updated the NOTAM lifting the flight restriction for Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. This update comes after INSP Romania updated the green list. No less than 32 countries and territories have entered the graces of the Bucharest authorities.
Flights to Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom are resuming
So, from July 7, free for flights between Romania and Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. We can say that the air activity in Romania can be resumed in a proportion of over 95%.
It still exists flight restrictions to Romania from the Remote Territories of France, Iran, USA and Turkey. If we do not have direct flights from the first 3 countries mentioned, the only flights that are really suspended and affected remain those between Romania and Turkey. And by default, charter flights are affected. The flight suspension measure is active throughout the alert state. The green list is updated by the INSP every Monday.
But let's get back to the positive information of the moment. We can say that there is no longer a European country with a restricted flight to Romania. Even if some have remained in the yellow zone, this does not mean that no flights can be operated. And yes, the passengers who will travel from the yellow zone to Romania will enter isolation / quarantine after the law will be voted in the Parliament and will appear in the Official Gazette.
