Flybondi will be the first low-cost airline in Argentina. It was established in 2016, but will operate the first flights starting this fall. The Argentine government has approved the launch of the company, encouraging cheap flights.

Julian Cook is Flybondi CEO, an entrepreneur with a tradition in the world of aviation. Julian Cook is a businessman with a tradition in commercial aviation. In 2003, he founded Flybaboo, a low-cost Swiss carrier.

Within the company, Julian Cook will team with a group of people passionate about aviation and with close experience in other companies: Mike powell, former CFO Wizzair; Montie Brewer, former CEO of Air Canada; Michael Cawley, former COO at Ryanair and Robert Wright, ex Flybaboo & Wizzair.

In February, the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC), within the Ministry of Transport of Argentina, confirmed the allocation of 78 routes for Flybondi.com: 41 of routes on domestic destinations and 37 of routes on international destinations.
