According to the press secretary of the State Border Police Service of Ukraine, Andriy Demchenko ,, no there are special requirements for foreign nationals regarding a negative result of the COVID-19 test, a two-week self-isolation period or an insurance policy upon entry into Ukraine.

"The rule banning the entry of aliens, according to a government decree, was in force until 00:00 on September 28, and this rule is no longer valid. In fact, there are no restrictions in place to prohibit the access of foreign nationals to the territory of our country." said the press secretary of the State Border Police Service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko.
From now on, foreign citizens will follow the same rules as Ukrainians when traveling to Ukraine.
Therefore, IF the epidemiological situation in the country of origin or residence of the participants is worse than in Ukraine, foreign nationals must comply with the following:
- Self-isolation or ftest COVID-19 on arrival;
- Download the Diia application in case of self-isolation;
- Hold a valid insurance policy.
Considering that Romania is on the green list, with a low epidemiological risk, Romanians can travel to Ukraine without restrictions.
