The digital green certificate can be verified through an application made FREE of charge for merchants and event organizers.
In other words, from August 6, Italians will need the green certificate to access sporting events, fairs, MEETINGS, Museums, theme parks and by amusement, spas, rooms bingo and casinos, theater, movie theaters, concerts, swimming pools, gyms, wellness center.
You will also need a gree pass to sit at the tables inside barstheir and restauranttheir. It will not be necessary outdoors (on terraces).
The measure was adopted in order to stop the new variants of Covid (starting from the most contagious - DELTA). At the same time, the authorities say that people can feel safe, especially indoors, knowing that those present are vaccinated / tested or immunized after the disease.
The green permit will also be required for teachers, principals and administrative assistants of schools. The same goes for university students. From September 1, the green pass will be required to have access by train, plane, bus, ferry.
The measure applies to all those over 12 years of age, who from August 6, will have to have the green permit obtained after vaccination / testing / cure. It can be presented directly from the smartphone. It should be mentioned that 15 days must have passed since the first dose of vaccine, and the negative result of the test is valid only 48 hours.
In case of violation of this law, the fine can be between 400 and 1 euros for both the operator and the user, with a 000% discount if paid within 30 days. If the violation is repeated three times in three different days, the business could be closed for 5 to 1 days.
