Garuda Indonesia takes over the first Boeing 777-300ER in the fleet (video)

The Indonesian airline has configured the aircraft in 3 classes: 8 first-class apartments, 38 seats for business-class and 268 seats for economy. The aircraft also provides internet connection during the flight. Garuda Indonesia said it would use the first 777-300ER on the route Jakarta-Jeddah, from 9 July 2013.

In 2013, Garuda Indonesia will receive 4 777-300ER aircraft, the second of which will also be delivered in July and will fly to Jeddah in August 2013. The next scheduled routes on which Boeing 777-300ER aircraft will fly are Sydney and London. , scheduled for November. In 2014, Boeing will deliver 3 777-300ER aircraft to Garuda, another 3 to be delivered in 2015.

Boeing 777-300ER (Extended Range) is the largest aircraft in the 777 family. Comes equipped with two powerful GE90-115B engines (overall diameter - 3.43 meters, length - 5.49 meters, weight - 8.3 tons, maximum power - 115.300 Lbs) and can fly up to 14,490 km, being a successful model on long and very long flights.
