According to the reservation systems, EL AL and Turkish Airlines have planned flights with Boeing 787 Dreamliner to Bucharest. It will be a beautiful autumn, with widebody aircraft at Henri Coanda International Airport.

EL AL will operate the Boeing 787-9 flight on September 19
EL AL flew to Bucharest with widebody aircraft of the type Boeing 747-400 or 777. If there are no surprises in the reservation system, on September 19 we will see the 787-9 Dreamliner in Bucharest.

The first Boeing 787-9 EL AL was delivered in August 2017. To date, EL AL has received 11 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. They are configured in 3 tariff classes, with 282 of seats: 32 of Business Class, 28 of seats in Premium Economy, 222 of seats in Economy Class.
Turkish Airlines will operate the Boeing 787-9 flight on September 28
Also in September, but on 28, we will be able to admire in Bucharest the new 787-9 Dreamliner Turkish Airlines. The flights will be honored according to the schedule:

The first Boeing 787-9 Turkish Airlines was delivered on 25 June 2019. It operated the first commercial flight on 8 July, on the Istanbul - Antalya route. And the first international commercial flight will be operated on 17 July, on the Istanbul - Denpasar (Bali) route.
Following that it gradually flies to other destinations, such as: London, Dubai, Washington DC, New York, Atlanta, Mexico City, Cancun, Amsterdam, Delhi, Panama and Bogota. And, obviously, to Bucharest. Hopefully, there will be no changes to the reservation system.
