The hotel industry, tourism and hospitality together with the economy, are gradually recovering from the challenges felt in previous years. Choosing the best times for investments, optimizing the budget and satisfying customer preferences are essential elements that industry experts must take into account in 2014.

The most important event in the hotel, tourism and hospitality industry in Romania, Hotel Tourism & Leisure Investment Conference (Evensys brand event), will take place between 22 - 23 May, at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel. The event includes two days of advanced conferences, interactive seminars and an exclusive awards gala that will provide participants with an up-to-date picture of industry trends and challenges.

The first day of the Tourism & Leisure Investment Conference Hotel event, May 22, will host the fourth edition of GALA OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS, an event in which the most efficient and innovative hotels, restaurants, pensions in Romania will be awarded.

All nominations received will be analyzed by a jury made up of 18 professionals:

On the second day of the event, May 23, participants will have the opportunity to opt for one of the two applied seminars, held by international industry specialists. The first seminar, Revenume Management, is dedicated to the hotel industry and will be given by Ally Dombey, Managing Director, Revenue Management Consultancy, Revenue By Design (UK). The second seminar, Customer Centric Culture, is dedicated to the tourism industry and will be given by Nick Dobbs, Branding & Marketing Consultant (UK).

During the seminars, participants will learn from case studies and practical examples, which are the most effective revenue management tools and how they can maintain long-term customer relationships.
