In accordance with the CNSU decision 47 / 05.10.2020 and in order to implement and comply with the provisions of the joint order of the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Communications / Ministry of Internal Affairs / Ministry of Health no. 1082/97/1112/2020, in order to avoid congestion at the border crossing areas at Romanian airports, TAROM recommends that you fill in, before or during your flight, the form requested by the Romanian public health authority.

The form can be downloaded by here, if you originate from the journey to a state with a high epidemiological risk (list of countries and regions at high epidemiological risk).

Upon disembarkation, you will hand over the completed form to the authorities. At the same time, all passengers arriving from the countries on the yellow list will enter self-isolation for 14 days. This period can be reduced to 10 days only if passengers request a COVID-19 test on the 8th day of quarantine, thus obtaining a negative result.

Passengers arriving in Romania from the countries on the yellow list and who spend only 3 days (72 hours) on the territory of the country can present a certificate proving that in the last 48 hours before entering Romania they obtained a negative result. in the test for COVID-19.

Passengers coming from a "green" country, but passing through a "yellow" country, will not be quarantined if they prove that they were only in transit.
