JAL has decorated a livery aircraft specifically for the 2012 Olympics

Japan Airlines, a major Japanese airline based in Haneda and Narita International, has launched on 27 another aircraft painted in livery specifically for the 2012 Olympics. Thus, the airline expresses its support for the Japanese Olympic team that will participate in the 2012 Summer Olympics, London.

The aircraft Boeing 777-200 (JA772J) carries the official slogan of the Japanese Olympic Committee - “Ganbare! Nippon! ". It is written in Japanese letters and is located behind the fuselage, behind the wing. Under the slogan are 2 logos, that of the partner sports club Konami Sports and the airline JAL. Next to the logos is the image of Konami gymnast Yohei Uchimura, leader of the gymnastics team.

The aircraft will be used on domestic routes from Tokyo (Haneda) airport to Sapporo (Chitose), Osaka (Itami), Fukuoka and Okinawa (Naha), from 27 May to early September 2012.
