Jet Airways pilots on 9W697 forgot to pressurize the cabin

The flight was operated on the route Mumbai (BOM) - Jaipur (JAI), and there were 166 passengers on board. Immediately after takeoff and as the aircraft climbed to the cruise line, several passengers began to have headaches and nosebleeds. Oxygen masks were activated and could be used.
They forgot to pressurize the cabin
Realizing the spectacle, the pilots decided to return to Mumbai. After 40 minutes, they brought the aircraft safely to the ground. 30 people needed medical care. According to NDTV, a passenger was transported to a local hospital.
Following the incident, the Ministry of Civil Aviation of India requested an inquiry from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the competent authority. The pilots were suspended.

Jet Airways is not the first offense. On January 1, 2018, 2 Jet Airways pilots were fired after they both left the cockpit of a Boeing 777. The plane had 324 passengers on board the route Mumbai - London.
