JetBlue received the first Airbus A321neo aircraft configured with the airline's reimagined premium Mint® class, offering a new look on board and numerous advantages that differentiate the airline from other American carriers.

The plane was received by JetBlue at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York from the Airbus production unit in Hamburg (Germany).

The JetBlue fleet includes 270 Airbus aircraft.

A321neo JetBlue Mint offers 16 Mint apartments, two Mint studios and 144 seats. The aircraft will initially operate selected flights between New York-JFK and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) this summer.

With this latest delivery, it brings the total number of aircraft Airbus from the JetBlue fleet to 270 aircraft. The plane is the 16th A321neo of the airline and the first of this type of aircraft to hold the Mint class.

JetBlue has introduced the new Mint business class, which will equip Airbus A321LR aircraft for transatlantic flights. Initially, JetBlue introduced the Mint class in 2014 on its transcontinental flights.

The new class " Transatlantic Mint”Will include up to 24 private apartments with sliding door for each passenger. In this comfortable class, each passenger will receive a personalized "Tuft & Needle" seat cushion. As part of the refresh, JetBlue will also introduce the latest innovation, the amazing Mint Studio, which will offer a new premium experience.
