LEVEL, the new IAG carrier, invoiced over 52000 tickets in the first 24 hours
LEVEL will operate long-haul flights from the base from Barcelona to destinations in America!
In the middle of this month, I wrote about LEVEL, the new air carrier from International Airlines Group (IAG). It will operate long-haul low-cost flights to destinations in North America.
Operations will start in June 2017, with flights being announced to 4 destinations: Punta Cana, Buenos Aires, San Francisco (Oakland) and Los Angeles. The new brand will complement the services offered by Iberia, as well as the other carriers from IAG.
Over 52000 tickets in the first 24 hours
The new airline was received with great enthusiasm by those wishing to fly to the 4 destinations. In the first 24 hours after the company was announced, over 52 000 airline tickets were charged.
This shows that there is a growing demand for such flights, and the low-cost long-courier market is growing.
Company officials announce new routes starting with 2018, which will also be operated from the Barcelona base! We will follow with interest the evolution of this company and will come back with details!
