Romania's yellow list
List of countries / areas / territories with high epidemiological risk, according to Decision no. 6 of 04.02.2021 of the National Committee for Emergency Situations.
* (data published by ECDC on Thursday, February 4, 2021 for the period January 18 - 31, 2021)

Among the countries added to the yellow list we find: Maldives, Lebanon, Dominican Republic, Russia, Belarus, Belgium, Tunisia.
Which are the countries provided in art. 1, for which is the NEGATIVE COVID test valid when entering Romania?
The whole yellow list!
So can you enter don Italia negative Covid test and no more quarantine?
From what we understand, it is also quarantined.
And then what good would the Covid test be ?! : /
Double measure, as in the case of the UK. As requested by other EU countries.
Government of r… They compare it with Germany or Italy… lu slipper government ..think now to take out your money given for vaccines ..for what the hell do you need a test if you put quarantined people insensitive donkeys that you are
Many other European countries apply the same measures. Romania does not invent them. They are also implemented in correlation with other countries.
since when does it apply?
The yellow list enters into force on February 5. The presentation of the COVID test applies from February 12.
For newly added countries, from what date does it apply?
February 5, 18:00 p.m., for quarantine. But the part with the COVID test comes into force on February 12, at 00:00
I also want to come to Ro, but I find it a bit exaggerated, entrance test, test after 8 days and another test when returning to Italy. I don't want to do a calculation because it's not the case.
I haven't been to the country for 1 year, but I have to come because my CI has expired and I have to submit my retirement file. Is there any hope of giving up the quarantine or the test in the next period? Where I come from is the yellow area.
And if you are in transit and you have a negative test done, is it still in quarantine if you leave the UK and arrive in Romania?
Hello.
The husband took the test on February 11, he left for France on the 12th. He has a ticket on the 15th at 8 o'clock. Does he have to go to bed when he arrives?
thanks
Talk to DSP for details
Can I enter Romania with an antigen test if I come from the UK? I have a test schedule but I want to know for sure that it works with covid antigen 19 test.
Well for the UK it seems that the existing measures remain in force as before.
I understand from the article that the decision comes into force on February 5, at 18 pm. For those who land tomorrow at 19 pm, how does the decision apply?
I saw the answer above. Thank you!
It is quarantined if it comes from the yellow zone, but without the obligation to present the COVID test, a measure that will take effect on February 12.
I do not understand…. Are they quarantined or not? I am confused to see an exception for people from the UK
For people coming from the UK, everything that was established in January 2021 applies, meaning it will be the same as before. Test + quarantine, without benefiting from some exceptions.
As in other countries there are certain exceptions to quarantine. Example belgium ..if you stay 48 hours ..or you are an aviation staff.is there such a thing in Romania?
Yes, as paragraph 2 or 3 says… Or as Decision No.7 says. Study the other decisions.
If I go from Germany to Romania and I have a negative PCR test, will I still have a headache?
Yes. The test will be required after February 12, at 00:00. Until then you can come without a test, but quarantine is done.
Hi, I know that the part with the test comes into force on 12.02, but where does it say in the thief? in case someone bothers me at the airport
If I come by personal car from the Czech Republic (yellow country) to Romania and declare the isolation address in Bucharest, when does the quarantine start? I come from Prague… cross Slovakia and Hungary and enter Nadlac, which means that, most likely. around 22: 00-23: 00 I will arrive at Rm. Valcea. Do I have to continue the road to Bucharest, after almost 18 hours of driving or can I stay to sleep there at night and start again in the morning (when there are no traffic restrictions)? Since when does the 14 days of isolation come into force? The moment of entering the country or the moment when you reach the address? And you are forced to go directly to the isolation address… not the other but maybe you want to sleep for an hour or two, because you are broken by fatigue.
Contact DSP. They will record and communicate all the necessary information for your case.
If I come by personal car from Germany to Romania on 15.02.2021 and take the covid test in Germany, how many hours before I can do it in Romania will I be quarantined? How can I avoid quarantine?
Do not enter the quarantine only if you comply with the exceptions mentioned by Decision 6 and 7. Otherwise, the quarantine applies to all those arriving from the yellow zone + negative PCR test. It's a double measure! Contact DSP!
Is Moldova on the yellow list? Where can we look at the countries that are on the yellow list? Thank you
If I had the virus 1 month ago, do I still have to quarantine?
According to the exceptions, you should stop doing it. But DSP Romania will answer best.
At what time is the list updated?
The above list is published on February 4, 2021 valid for the period January 18 - 30, 2021.
The track from February 4 shows the epidemiological indications presented by ECDC on the figures from January 18-30. The list remains in effect until the date it will be updated. There is no clear period. It can be a week or two weeks, depending on possible evolutions…
