Starting with December 15, 2020, it is forbidden to drive at night, between 20: 00-6: 00. Compliance with this measure will be strictly controlled. Any breach of the provision shall be punishable by a fine of EUR 135.
Derogations will be allowed (with the presentation of the related justification) for the following situations - professional reason; family emergency; medical reason; travel for long distance travel by train / plane; travel for people with disabilities (and accompanying persons); mission of general interest; travel for a judicial / administrative summons; travel within a radius of max. 1km from home for walking pets.
Exception - overnight travel will be allowed on 24 December 2020. The exception is NOT valid for the evening of 31 December 2020.
Remove the travel restriction within a radius of max. 20km. No proof of travel will be required (except for the 20h-6h interval). Travel will be allowed throughout France, as well as abroad.
Cafes, restaurants and bars remain closed until further notice. Cinemas, theaters, museums, concert halls, amusement parks, zoos, stadiums, gyms remain closed (at least until January 7, 2021).

For all travelers over 11 years of age traveling by air or sea in the island of Corsica, between December 19, 2020 - January 8, 2021, it is mandatory to present a negative TR-PCR test or an antigenic test, performed 72 hours before departure, except for road carriers. Passengers will also be required to submit a self-declaration to the carrier stating that they have performed the required test, have no symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, are not confirmed with Covid 19 and are not is aware of having been in contact with a person confirmed with this disease within 14 days prior to travel. Regarding the Romania-France relationship, we remind you that France has been removed from the yellow list starting December 5th. Therefore, people traveling from France to Romania are NOT subject to quarantine and do NOT have to take a negative Covid-19 test upon arrival in Romania.
