Since November 7, Poland has adopted a new series of restrictive measures in the fight against the new coronavirus. In other words, Poland has adopted a partial lockdown until 29 November 2020.

The mask has become mandatory in public spaces, including buses, trams and trains, cars (when traveling with people you do not live with daily), shops, banks, markets and post offices, cinemas and theaters, medical offices, clinics, hospitals, massage parlors, churches , schools, universities, public buildings, including offices. It is mandatory to observe the physical distance in public spaces of at least 1,5 m.

Between 8:00 and 16:00, from Monday to Friday, children up to the age of 16 can only travel with a parent or guardian. This rule does not apply when the child goes or returns to / from school, as well as on weekends.

Elderly people (over 70 years old) are advised to avoid traveling

Elderly people (over 70 years of age) are advised to avoid travel, except for professional activities, exercise or participation in religious activities and to meet daily needs.

Only grocery stores will be open in malls, cosmetics, medical and pharmaceutical products, renovation and construction products, pet items, newspapers.

From November 7 to November 29, in stores with an area of ​​less than 100 square meters will be able to sit a person at 10 square meters, and in larger stores a person at 15 square meters.

Hours for the elderly: From Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 12:00, only people over the age of 60 are allowed access to shops, pharmacies and post offices.

Hotel facilities are available from 7-29 November 2020 only for business travelers. Restaurant activity is suspended. It is possible to carry out services consisting in the preparation and serving of food to be picked up and delivered.

It is extended until November 29, 2020 distance learning for students in grades IV-VIII and those in high schools, as well as for students. Also, starting with November 9, distance education will be introduced for students in grades I-III. The curriculum of kindergartens and preschool classes in primary schools remains unchanged.

Sports competitions, sports activities and sporting events are organized without public participation.

Religious ceremonies

In both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, it is mandatory to keep a distance of 1,5 m and wear a mask. From November 7 to November 29, in churches the maximum allowed presence is 1 person per 15 m2.
