LOT Polish Airlines carried over 53 tons of cargo with a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner

On October 18, LOT Polish Airlines broke a record for the weight carried by a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. LOT operated an all-cargo flight from New Delhi to Warsaw carrying 53.534 kilograms of cargo, breaking the previous record of 47.167 kilograms, which was set for October 11th.

The beneficiary is Group Concorde, the General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) for LOT Polish Airlines in India. The goods consisted of car parts and pharmaceuticals, which must reach Warsaw and the surrounding area.

The cargo was loaded in the hold of the plane and in the area of ​​the passenger seats. It took up almost all the space available in a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

Starting in May 2020, LOT Polish Airlines flies twice a week between Warsaw and Delhi. All-cargo flights are honored with Boeing 2-787 Dreamliner aircraft.
