LOT Polish Airlines has launched direct flights between Warsaw and the Maldives

Starting February 19, 2021, Lot Polish Airline launched direct flights between Warsaw and the Maldives. Starting in March, weekly flights will be operated on this route. Currently, 28 airlines are flying in the Maldives.

The Maldives received the visit of 2165 travelers from Poland in January and February 2021. There is a growing demand from Eastern Europe to the Maldives, one of the most exotic holiday destinations.

Tourists traveling to the Maldives must provide the authorities with a negative PCR test upon arrival at the holiday destination. The PCR test must include relevant details, such as the name and address of the laboratory that performed the test, the test result, the date of the test, and the name and signature of the issuing doctor. It must be sent to Maldives Immigration via its IMUGA platform (imuga.immigration.gov.mv) when completing the passengers' health declaration.
