From the end of August, all canceled tickets from Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Eurowings can be rescheduled without paying the travel data change fee. The rescheduling fee is suspended at Lufthansa Group airlines.
Initially, this offer was valid for bookings made until the end of February 2021.
The offer is extended again, according to the statement issued by Lufthansa Group. All Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Eurowings tickets can now be rescheduled free of charge whenever desired, until 31 May 2021.
Lufthansa Group Airlines has already made it possible for passengers to book tickets without a rescheduling fee. The rebooking fee waiver applies to flights worldwide, to all new bookings, to all fare classes on regional, medium and long flights. This allows flexible travel planning for all customers.
Also, the rescheduling of tickets issued until August 31, 2020 inclusive can now be done until May 31, 2021.
