Lufthansa and SWISS will fly to Ljubljana, Slovenia
At the end of September, Adria Airways went bankrupt and immediately ceased its activity. Thus, the capital of Slovenia remained without some important links to Europe.
From October 16, 2019, SWISS will fly on the route Zurich - Ljubljana. For the beginning, there will be 5 weekly flights, and from October 27, the number of flights will increase to 7 per week.
Lufthansa Group flights to Slovenia
The Frankfurt - Ljubljana route will be inaugurated on October 27. Lufthansa will operate 14 flights a week on this route. And from November 1, Lufthansa will also open the route Munich - Ljubljana, which will be honored with 1 daily flight.
Following the bankruptcy of Adria Airways, Lufthansa Group seeks to cover the main routes between Germany, Switzerland and Slovenia. And we will definitely see other new routes to Slovenia.
