Lufthansa and SWISS will fly to Ljubljana, Slovenia
At the end of September, Adria Airways went bankrupt and immediately ceased its activity. Thus, the capital of Slovenia remained without some important links to Europe.
From 16 October 2019, SWISS will fly on the Zurich - Ljubljana route. To begin with, there will be 5 weekly flights, followed by from October 27 the number of flights will increase to 7 per week.
Lufthansa Group flights to Slovenia
The Frankfurt - Ljubljana route will be inaugurated on 27 October. Lufthansa will operate 14 weekly flights on this route. And from 1 in November, Lufthansa will also open the Munich - Ljubljana route, which will be honored with 1 daily flight.
Following the bankruptcy of Adria Airways, Lufthansa Group seeks to cover the main routes between Germany, Switzerland and Slovenia. And we will definitely see other new routes to Slovenia.
