The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs Romanian citizens who are, transit or want to travel to Italy that, on Friday, October 23, 2020, several trade unions will organize a general strike that could affect public and private transport services.
Disruptions are possible in rail, road, air, sea and public transport in major Italian cities.
For more information on the affected services, Romanian citizens are asked to consult the website Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, as well as the official websites of the transport companies with which it intends to travel.
In the case of passengers traveling by air, it is recommended to consult the existing information on the websites of the airports and to contact the airlines.
