More SWISS flights in the winter season 2018-2019
In the summer season 2018-2019, SWISS expands its operational network with new flights from Zurich. Direct flights will be introduced on the Zurich - Bremen route in northern Germany. And the destinations Bordeaux (France), Kiev (Ukraine), Brindisi (Italy) and Sylt (Germany) will benefit from flights throughout the year.
In addition to expanding Zurich's flight network, SWISS will also introduce a new service between Geneva and Kittilä (Finland) and offer new winter flights between Geneva and Palma de Mallorca. Swiss Airlines (SWISS) will also offer significant increases in frequencies on existing routes.
But let's get back to Zurich flights. In the winter season 2018-2019, SWISS will launch a new service between Zurich and Bremen, in northern Germany. 12 weekly flights will be operated. Two daily flights will be operated from Monday to Friday, and one flight will be operated on Saturday and Sunday.

New destinations valid throughout the year
In the winter season 2018-2019, Bordeaux, the center of the famous wine-growing region of southwestern France, will be honored with 12 daily flights departing from Zurich. SWISS will also continue to operate 4 weekly flights on the Zurich-Kiev route, which was inaugurated this summer. The capital of Ukraine will be served on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Ze will be able to fly with SWISS from Zurich to Brindisi in southern Italy, on Fridays and Sundays. In addition, SWISS will offer winter flights to the popular German island of Sylt in the North Sea, with services on Wednesday and Saturday during Christmas and New Year.
More frequencies on selected routes
SWISS will also increase frequencies on existing routes in Zurich. In particular, Madrid will receive ten additional weekly flights. At the same time, several flights will be operated from Zurich and to German destinations: Berlin, Hamburg and Düsseldorf.
More services from Geneva
SWISS passengers from the Geneva region will enjoy new flights to Kittilä from Lapland (Finland). There will be a weekly flight, on Saturdays, between 22 December and 2 March and can be booked exclusively through the Scandinavian tour operator, Kontiki.
A weekly flight to Palma de Mallorca will also be introduced from Geneva on Saturday. The flights will be operated between December 2018 - March 2019. The island is a popular destination in the winter months, especially among tourists with a sports spirit.
SWISS will continue to increase its frequencies from Geneva to Madrid (Spain) and will offer 2 daily flights from Monday to Thursday. Swiss will offer more flights from Geneva and to Porto (Portugal), Moscow (Russia) and Marrakech (Morocco).
The winter time 2018-2019 enters into force on October 28. The new services in Zurich can be booked from 21 June 2018, and those in Geneva will be available for reservation in the near future.
