Malaysia Airlines, the largest company in Malaysia, took possession of the first Airbus A380 (MSN078) and thus became the 8 of the airline operating this type of aircraft.

Malaysia Airlines has ordered six A380 with Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engines and configured in 3 classes for one 494 passenger capacity. The business class has comfortable, state-of-the-art chairs and can be made into a bed. In the economy class, larger and more comfortable seats were installed. All passengers, from all classes, can benefit from entertainment systems offered on board the aircraft.

By introducing this aircraft into the fleet, Malaysia Airlines will be able to offer passengers increased comfort over very long distances.
