The route of the 8 "four-wheeled jewels" began in Great Britain, and the final destination was Stellenbosch, South Africa.

KLM Cargo took care of their transport and land, to their final destination. The cars were used at a press conference held at the Delaire Graff Estate, Stellenbosch.

Before they were boarded, the 8 cars were inspected for damage, dangerous substances were searched, and then insured for the flight. Fuel tanks should not be charged more than a quarter.

The 8 Rolls-Royce cars were loaded using a "high loader" cargo platform. Normally, a Boeing 747 Cargo can fit 13 such cars.
