KLM Cargo took care of their transport and land, to their final destination. The cars were used at a press conference held at the Delaire Graff Estate, Stellenbosch.
Before they were boarded, the 8 cars were inspected for damage, dangerous substances were searched, and then insured for the flight. Fuel tanks should not be charged more than a quarter.
The 8 Rolls-Royce cars were loaded with a high loader type cargo platform. Normally, such cars are fitted in a Boeing 747 Cargo.
