According to Decision no. 51 of 02.11.2020 of the National Committee for Emergency Situations, starting with November 3, 2020, Italy 
, Malta 
and San Marino are included in the list of countries with a high epidemiological risk.
Therefore, for people arriving from Italy, Malta or San Marino in Romania
the following rules apply:
- People who stay in Romania for a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) will not be quarantined if they have a negative test for Sars-CoV-2, taken no more than 48 hours before arrival in the country.
- People who stay for a longer period in Romania, enter quarantine (at home / declared address) for a period of 14 days, but have the possibility to leave quarantine on the 10th day, if they perform a test for Sars -CoV-2 on day 8, with a negative result and no specific symptoms Covid19.
Direct commercial flights between Romania and Italy DO NOT suspend.
