On May 6, the Russian airline, S7 Airlines, will take off for the first time from Cologne / Bonn, Germany, to Moscow, Russia. S7 will operate weekly flights from Rhineland Airport to Moscow-Domodedovo (DME).
The flights will be performed with Airbus A320neo aircraft. The A320neo family offers the widest narrow-body cabin (single aisle) and incorporates the latest technologies, including new generation engines and a new "Sharklets" wing inspired by the A350. It also offers a 20% reduction in fuel consumption and 50% less noise compared to previous generation aircraft.
