The FAA has authorized the return of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft to operational service, on November 18. The Brazilian company GOL is the first airline in the world to bring Boeing 737 MAX aircraft back into operational service.

The 2 plane crashes: Boeing 737 MAX 8 Lion Air (collapsed in the fall of 2018) and Boeing 737 MAX 8 Ethiopian Airlines (collapsed in the spring of 2019).

GOL is the first airline in the world to return 737 MAX to operational service.

Today, December 9, zthe PR-XMB 737-8 MAX aircraft took off from Sao Paolo Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) at 08:20 local time and landed at Porto Alegre Salgado Filho International Airport (POA) at 09 : 57, local time.

GOL, the largest airline in Brazil operating domestic and international flights, will use the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft for flights to and from São Paulo. Passengers will be informed before the flights, and if they do not want to fly 737 MAX, they will be redirected to another flight.

The Brazilian carrier has 7 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft in its fleet and intends to return them to operational service by the end of the year. GOL has placed an order with Boeing for 95 MAX aircraft, which it estimates it will receive between 2022 and 2032.

We remind you that, last week, and RYANAIR has placed an additional order for 75 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.
