New TAROM routes from Timisoara, Cluj, Constanța and Sibiu
TAROM develops its route portfolio starting with 1 July 2018. Timișoara-Paris, Timișoara-Stuttgart, Cluj-Paris, Sibiu-Stuttgart, Chisinau-Timișoara and Constanța-Chisinau will be the new races, opened by TAROM for passengers this summer.
“What keeps us competitive and active in the market is precisely the desire to develop new horizons for our passengers. TAROM has prepared 6 new routes to destinations requested by Romanian passengers.
We have two objectives: first of all we want to meet the demands of the national market, offering efficient flights to Europe from Timișoara, Cluj, Sibiu or Constanța.
Second, we have a duty to optimize the use of the TAROM fleet. The development of the aircraft fleet must be reflected both in the number of destinations operated by TAROM, as well as in the increase in comfort and variety of options for our passengers, ”said Wilhelm-Werner Wolff, TAROM CEO.
New TAROM routes
The development of the TAROM fleet with two Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft has led to an increase in the number of routes for our passengers. I aimed to reach destinations with potential for Romanian passengers from Banat and Transylvania, in Germany and France.
At the same time, we reiterate that in the Year of the Centenary of Romania, "TAROM unites" is not only a slogan, but a very clear strategy to bring Romanians closer to everywhere. The new flights we operate from the capital of Moldova, Chisinau are living proof that Romania 100 is more than a symbol for TAROM.
The national company TAROM will communicate in the next period the frequencies and prices for each of the newly announced routes.
