By 20 April 2021, all persons arriving in Denmark who have a valid reason will present a test with a negative result for infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus (PCR or antigen type), performed no more than 24 hours before boarding the airplane bound for Denmark, or 24 hours before the presentation at the land border or a positive result on a test performed at least 14 days (but not older than 12 weeks) before entering Denmark .

The test result must be in one of the languages ​​English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Scandinavian. Children under 15 are exempt from this rule.

The measure also applies to Danish citizens and persons with a residence / work permit in Denmark, but they are exempted from the obligation to present a negative test at the land border (at the air border, they are required to take a negative test).

Upon arrival by plane, a rapid test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection will be performed at the airport (free of charge), and in case of arrival by car, a test will be performed within 24 hours of crossing the border.

All people will enter, MANDATORY, in isolation, for 10 days (even if it shows a negative test). There is a possibility of interruption of the isolation in case of a negative result when performing the PCR test at the earliest after the 4th day of arrival.
