I did some simulations and the offer is active in the system. I simulated for Bucharest - Cluj, where we know the starting rate is 39 lei / segment. Through 20% discount application, the present rate is 38.4 lei. As the terms of this campaign * say, the discount does not apply to the administration fee of 36 lei.
I also simulated on an external route, choosing the destination Barcelona.
