Update July 02, 2020: Blue Air resumed flights from IAȘI in accordance with existing laws. At the moment, there are no frequent commercial flights to Brussels (Belgium) and London (UK). The rest of the operational structure presented below is preserved.

Initial story: As I announced to you some time ago, Blue Air is preparing to relaunch flights to / from Romania, but also from the bases of Torino and Larnaca.

As you already know, the travel restrictions imposed by the governments of European states in the joint effort to stop the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic continue, with each state imposing specific regulations on the opening of national borders.

In this context, Blue Air will resume its regular flights in early July, following a program related to biosecurity measures implemented at European level. To get a clearer picture of the operational network and the operating frequencies associated with leaving IAȘI, analyze the table below.

The list of Blue Air destinations with flights from IAȘI

As we have been announcing for some time, Blue Air will resume its operations in a smaller form. It will have a diminished fleet, there will be destinations removed from the system, and the number of flights will be reduced. According to the information provided by Blue Air, starting with July 1, a total of 14 weekly flights will be operated.

Blue Air routes removed from the IASI base

From the base in Iasi routes are abandoned: Iasi - Barcelona; Iasi - Verona; Iasi - Rome.

We are optimistic, but at the same time realistic. Given that the COVID-19 pandemic is in full swing, we recommend caution and patience. Travel responsibly!

* The routes and flight schedules are established by the airline in accordance with the laws and restrictions imposed by the authorities in those countries. Flights could be resumed earlier than July 1, but can also be postponed after July 1. For more information on routes, flights and airline tickets, contact Blue Air at www.blueairweb.com/.
