FlightRadar24, one of the most titled air traffic monitoring sites, reported 202 157 on 29 June 2018. On Friday, it will enter the history of aviation as the busiest of all time.
During the peak of the day, FlightRadar24 recorded over 19 000 of flights simultaneously. The scheduled flights, charter and cargo flights are monitored. With an average of 100 of passengers per flight, we could say that there were approximately 20 of millions of passengers simultaneously in flight.
