Air France is consolidating its presence in northern Europe. From 6 July, the airline will offer a new service - all year round - to Helsinki (Finland) from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Initially operated four times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, it will become a daily service, starting with July 19, 2021. The flights will be operated with Airbus A319 aircraft with 143 seats.

These flights will be in addition to those operated by Finnair on this route. The two airlines also concluded a code share agreement for these flights. This new route complements Air France's offer in the Nordic regions, where the airline already serves Copenhagen and Billund in Denmark, Oslo and Bergen in Norway, as well as Stockholm and Gothenburg in Sweden.

This flight schedule may be changed depending on travel restrictions. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, Air France has adapted the offer in real time, taking into account the evolution of the global health situation. Before traveling, Air France invites its customers to check the travel restrictions and the necessary documents for the city or country of destination.

As part of its commercial policy, Air France currently offers fully editable tickets for travel until 31 December 2021. Customers can change their reservation free of charge or request a refundable credit voucher if they no longer wish to travel. If the flight is canceled by the airline, the customer can choose to postpone his trip, request a full refund of the ticket or request a credit voucher, which is refundable and if not used.
