The first Airbus A320neo WOW Air was delivered
On 26 April 2017, the first Airbus A320neo WOW Air was delivered!
WOW Air becomes the first Icelandic carrier with Airbus A320neo in the fleet. The first such aircraft was delivered on 26 April 2017. It is configured in a class with 180 seats. It was chosen for low operating costs and low fuel consumption.
Airbus A320neo WOW Air
WOW Air chose CFM engines for the propulsion of the Airbus A320neo aircraft. It will be used to serve destinations in Europe.
The Airbus A320neo family is highly sought after. Has placed orders for approximately 5000 aircraft from 90 customers. The new A320neo aircraft incorporate the latest technologies, state-of-the-art efficient engines and new aerodynamic structures.
