Last weekend, the first Airbus A330-900neo Delta Air Lines was painted at the Airbus base in Toulouse.

At first glance you get the impression that the plane is ready for flight. But if we look more closely, the engines are missing :). These will be painted separately and will be mounted the next few days.

After the engines are fitted, the aircraft will enter the ground and air testing phase. Delivery of the first Airbus A330-900 Delta Air Lines is scheduled in March 2019.

Delta Air Lines will be the first airline in North America with this type of aircraft in the fleet. The new A330-900neo will be configured in 4 classes: Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort + and Delta Economy.

Delta A330-900 aircraft will be able to carry 281 passengers. The entertainment system and the internet will not be missing. Their mission will be to replace the current Boeing 767 aircraft.
