The first Airbus A330neo Lion Air was assembled and painted

Last week, the first Airbus A330neo Lion Air came out of the paint. The aircraft was assembled and presented at the Airbus base in Toulouse.

Lion Air has an order for 10 A330neo aircraft, of which 8 are leased from BOC Aviation. The first A330neo Lion Air will be configured in a class with 440 seats. The aircraft will be used on domestic flights operated by Lion Air, but also on charter flights to Saudi Arabia.

Some of the Airbus A330neo Lion Air aircraft will be operated by the Thai Lion subsidiary on long-haul flights departing from Thailand.

Returning to the first A330neo Lion Air, it will enter the ground and air testing phase. Will be delivered in a few weeks.
