Today, September 27 2019, the first Airbus A350-900 Air France was delivered. We are talking about a state-of-the-art aircraft, being considered the most efficient wide-body model in its category.
The first A350-900 Air France, part of an order of 28 units, was delivered to Anne Rigail, CEO of Air France and Benjamin Smith, CEO of Air France-KLM Group. The delivery ceremony took place at the Airbus base in Toulouse.

The A350-900 Air France aircraft is configured in 3 comfortable classes and can carry up to 324 passengers: 34 seats at Business Class; 24 of seats in Premium Economy and 266 of seats in Economy Class. The Airbus A350-900 will have a reduced fuel consumption of 25% compared to similar models, while CO2 emissions will also be reduced. And the delivery flight was fueled with bioceros.
The A350-900 can offer flight range up to 17900 kilometers. The propulsion is provided by 2 Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines. At the end of August, the Airbus A350 XWB family had orders for 913 aircraft from 51 customers.
