Delta officials hope the new aircraft Airbus A350-900 to improve up to 20% operating / seat costs compared to current Boeing 747-400 aircraft. We know that Airbus A350-900 aircraft are equipped with Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines, which are much more fuel efficient.
