On September 11, the first Airbus A350 XWB Fiji Airways came out of the paint shop. This is an Airbus A350-900 rented from Dubai Aerospace Enterprises. It will be the first A350 in the South Pacific region.

The aircraft will proceed to the final phase of the assembly process. It will receive engines, then undergo ground and flight tests. Delivery of the aircraft to Fiji Airways is scheduled in Q4 2019. Fiji Airways has rented 2 A350-900 aircraft, both with 334 seating capacity.

Airbus A350 XWB Fiji Airways will be configured in 2 fare classes. There will be 33 seats in Business Class and 301 seats in Economy Class.

The aircraft will be introduced on long-haul flights from Fiji to Australia and the United States. At the same time, it will contribute to the inauguration of new routes over long distances.

Over the years I have written hundreds of articles on Airbus A350 aircraft, including our experience aboard an Airbus A350 Lufthansa. A350 XWB is one of the most modern long-haul aircraft. The A350 family of aircraft consists of the A350-900, A350-1000, A350-900ULR models. And market rumors are talking about the new Airbus A350-1000ULR, which will be part of the Sunrise Qantas program.
